As per the new South Africa Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) codes released in December 2006, The Human Capital Group is fully empowered. The Human Capital Group has a BEE Level 4 status.

The Human Capital Group fully supports the purpose for BBBEE to ensure that the economic foundation of South Africa is strengthened and made resilient in the face of globalised competition.
